556 Holy Mountains
Through Ýr’s fascination by mixing storytelling and knitting, the project “556 Holy Mountains” has both complex mathematical factors as well as visual and fictional elements. “556 Holy Mountains” are three knitted garments built up on 556 knitted “mountains”. The project is inspired by the scenography and mood of Jodorowsky’s film The Holy Mountain and was showed at the 70th anniversary fashion show at Glasgow School of Art in 2017.
